We want you to love your purchase - but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
At The Alchemy, every piece is crafted with care and inspected for quality.
If something isn’t right, we’ll sort it.
Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Items
We will always take care of:
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives faulty, we’ll replace it or refund it.
Fulfilment errors
If you receive the wrong item, size, or design, we’ll correct it at no cost.
Lost packages
If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll replace or refund it (after courier investigation).
All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Photographic evidence may be required.
For confirmed faults or errors, we will cover reasonable return costs.
Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Orders)
If you are purchasing as a consumer in the UK, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
To exercise this right:

You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Items must be:

Unworn
-
Unwashed
-
In original condition
-
With all tags attached
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as items remain your responsibility until received.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
Original standard delivery costs will be refunded.
Express or upgraded shipping services are non-refundable.
Exchanges & Store Credit (Outside the 14-Day Cancellation Window)
If your statutory cancellation period has passed, we offer:

Exchanges for a different size or product

Store credit for future use
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Return postage costs apply.
Once received and approved, your exchange or store credit will be issued.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:

Items returned outside the applicable timeframes

Items worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

Items returned without prior notification

Gift cards
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
